How can I contact Customer Care?

I placed an order, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

First off, please check out your spam box: sometimes it may happen that email services mark emails as spam. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@byblosbrand.com they will provide all the necessary information.

I’m not sure which size to buy, what can I do?

If the size guide present on the product page does not help you, you can contact our Customer Care at customercare@byblosbrand.com to receive further information and help.

I bought the wrong size and I would like to change it, what can I do?

You can initiate a refund request (through form available at this link) and in the meantime place the order for a new size, which will be shipped right away.

Once we will receive the return we will proceed with the refund.

Remember not to wait for the ending of the return process, but to initiate both the procedures together: this way you will be sure that the product of the size you want will not be sold out.

How can I return an item?

You can send a return request by filling out the form available at this link. For further information about return processes and timings please check out the dedicated section.

How much does the return cost?

Returns are completely free of charge; you will not be charged for any shipment fee.

When will I receive the refund?

From the moment we receive the return shipment, it will take from 5 to 14 working days to issue the refund. The refund process always follows the same payment method used to place the order.

SHIPMENTS

Which delivery service do you use for your shipments?

Shipments are processed worldwide with DHL. For further information on fees and delivery times please check out the dedicated section.

How can I know if my order is being delivered?

A notification email will be sent with a tracking link once the shipment will be dispatched from our warehouse and assigned to DHL. This way you will be able to know the real-time location of your order and access all useful information in case you may need to contact DHL.

Furthermore, you will be noticed once your shipment is in delivery phase, with an approximate date and time of delivery.

I placed an order, when will I received it?

We will elaborate your order within the following 24 hours.

From the moment the shipment will be dispatched from our warehouse and assigned to DHL, the delivery time will be between 24 hours to 3 working days.
